We're accepting new students 9-12th grade NOW between June and October.

How Do I Sign Up?

Simply walk in (Yes, just show up) to one of our open shop sessions (Mon & Thu from 6-9pm). Our friendly facility advisor, Tracy, and other students/mentors, will give you a tour of Shop and STEMnasium, provide additional information about the team, and get you signed up!

What do we do?

Manufacture

Machine and assemble important parts of robots using world class tools such as 3D Printers and CNCs. Operates and maintains all machinery in the team’s possession.

Design & CAD

Create designs for the future of the team using professional software like Onshape and Fusion360. Smaller projects consist of trophy designs for sponsors and offseason projects

Programming 

Writing and maintaining all code necessary for robot operation is the primary function of programming in and out of competition. Our main language is Kotlin. 

Electrical

Focuses on wiring motors on the robot to more meticulous jobs: soldering, stripping wires, crimping on crimps, andersons etc.

Business

Manages team logistics and monetary expenses. During competition, business is responsible for presenting the Impact award.

Media 

Responsible for creating and distributing content to the public. During competitions, the media team will take photos and videos of the event.
